We've lived here for a year and absolutely love it here. The rent is about the same for the area, but the Monticello is so much nicer than the surrounding apartments. And Rene' and Niki are the best!

The apartments are so nice and big. The rent office people are so nice and respectful. We had a great experience with them for many years. The swimming pool is clean and nice in summer. It is well served and available for families all the time in summer. Outdoor grills are nice too.

Wonderful place! I lived there for two year. Sheboygan Ave is a nice block, and the manager in the Monticello Apartment is very nice.
